What is required from us?

All that is needed is that you:

  1. Provide us with a date
  2. Provide us with the location
  3. Advertise your event to your patrons and possibly the public to increase your chances of reaching a positive goal.

How is insurance handled?

We are fully insured and will cover both the location the event is being held and the rentals & services that we are providing.

(One requirement is that the event be held on private property and not on public property)

What do we get for the fundraiser?

After speaking to a representative based on your estimated head count a package will be put together with a list of items that will be provided for your event.

These packages can contain some of the following items:

  • Bouncers
  • Face painting
  • Balloon twisting
  • Concessions
  • Drinks and snacks
  • DJ service
  • Photo booth service
  • and more!

We have a few other items that can be included based on estimated head count.

How does the fundraiser work?

Simple, We work with you by charging for bands at entry. This entry fee gives your guest access to mostly all the activities within the event with the exception of a few items.

These items are charged at a minimal fee:

  • Concessions
  • Drinks & snacks
  • Sand art
  • Photo booth

At the end of the event your organization gets a both a percentage of the band fee and the items that were sold during the event.
